Kagome Company Ltd acquires Oxfordshire based Silbury Marketing Ltd
Global tomato processor, Kagome Co. Ltd has successfully completed its latest acquisition, acquiring Silbury Marketing Ltd, a leading ingredients supplier based in Banbury, Oxfordshire. This forms another significant milestone in Kagome’s ongoing expansion strategy.
Founded in 1899, Kagome Co. Ltd is one of the world’s largest tomato and vegetable processors. Shugo Yuasa, CEO, Kagome Foods Portugal commented, “With a partnership extending beyond 20 years, Kagome has been a trusted supply partner to Silbury. This acquisition signifies a natural evolution of that longstanding relationship, reflecting both companies shared vision for future growth.”
Paul Kingsley-Bates, CEO, Silbury Marketing Ltd commented, “We are proud to become part of the Kagome Group and look forward to building on our shared commitment to future success and sustainable growth.”
