Silbury’s genuine, high-quality, tasty olive oils are imported direct from our certified producer partner in Spain.
Our range includes extra virgin oil, 100% olive oil and a refined olive oil with a high smoke point.
Our flaked fats are great for adding that artisan look, texture and taste to pizza bases and flatbreads. This fat flake shortening will enhance aeration during baking to create a more open, lighter, airier texture, improve flavour and colour and result in a crispier, more authentically pizza base.
