Food Technologist - Maternity Cover
Full-time on-site role, based in our Banbury head office.

Role Description
12/18 Months Contract, Starting End April/ Start of May

Support the Technical Manager in all necessary activities and processes to maintain BRCGS Agents and Brokers certification, along with other certifications such as RSPO, Organic, Red Tractor and Customer Approvals.
Maintain Supplier Approval and provide customer information.
Manage aspects of the Quality system including HACCP, Supplier and Customer Specifications.
Support resolution of customer complaints and queries; managing investigations and communication.
Maintain the company’s product testing, traceability and horizon scanning requirements. Challenge and improve systems through Internal Audits.

Account Manager
Full Time Remote Role

Job Description – Account Manager
Location: Remote working with frequent nationwide travel including monthly visits to our Banbury Head Office.

The Role:
You will manage a portfolio of existing customers while driving new and existing sales activity to maximise revenue and maintain strong commercial performance. The role involves full account management including contracts, pricing, logistics, complaints, reporting, and close collaboration with customer service, technical teams, and cross‑sector colleagues. You’ll monitor budgets, margins, credit control, and stock parameters while developing strong relationships at all levels across the customer base.

Skills and Experience:

Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence at every level.
Ability to work on own initiative, meet deadlines and demonstrate high degrees of organisation.
Ability to present and analyse data.
Ability to set, maintain and monitor high standards whilst adopting a professional approach to recognising and exceeding customer expectation.
Understanding of needs and demands of Accounts and how to maximize opportunities.
Understanding of the Silbury product range and capabilities
Commercial Flair- seeing new opportunities utilising your entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen.
