Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, and logistics inquiries
- Coordinate shipment scheduling, tracking, and delivery confirmations
- Process customer orders, returns, and claims accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with warehouses, carriers, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning activities
- Resolve delivery issues, delays, and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions
- Prepare logistics and performance reports as required
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in operations and customer service processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in logistics, operations, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics or ERP systems
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
