We ask suppliers to maintain any documentation necessary
to demonstrate compliance with the requirements of this code, making it
available for review at our request. We will always try to resolve disputes
through active dialogue and co-operation, reserving the right to termination of
relationship through non-compliance as a last resort. Through implementation of
these commitments, Silbury puts its policy into action and aims to mitigate
unacceptable social and environmental impacts in it supply chains, fostering
the positive impacts of procurement, including improved livelihoods in
